Evaluation of the Interreg NWE Programme - WP1: Evaluation of the Application Process

Spatial Foresight, together with t33, will carry out the first evaluation of the Interreg Programme North-West Europe 2021-2027 with a focus on the application process. The main aim of this evaluation will be to facilitate the Monitoring Committee decisions about the effectiveness/efficiency of the application process and identify the elements of it that may need to be adjusted. The goal of the evaluation of the application process, for both regular and small projects, will be to verify whether it has resulted in a sound pipeline of projects meeting the requirements of the Cooperation Programme.
