Territorialisation of Luxembourg 2050

In the context of Luxembourg Strategy, the Luxembourg Ministry of Economy has developed three possible future scenarios and a strategic vision for the Luxembourg economy up to 2050. Spatial Foresight has been asked to assess how the vision and the three scenarios may play out different across Luxembourg. Which places have good starting position for the possible futures and which places may face particular challenges?
