How EU public procurement rules affect region and cities

Spatial Foresight contributes to the CoR study "How EU public procurement rules affect region and cities". The study aims to understand which procurement rules are the most pertinent to local and regional authorities (LRAs) and how these rules impact them, to provide insights for the revision of the public procurement regulations. Spatial Foresight will contribute with forward looking analyses that assess how changes in  procurement rules impact on LRAs and how the European Committee of the Regions can contribute to the revision of the rules. The study as been awarded by the CoR within a framework contract led by t33.
