EU funding opportunities and beneficiaries in the social and employment field

The aim of the in-depth analysis is firstly to provide members of the EMPL committee with an overview of EU funding possibilities and funding for interventions in the fields of employment and social policy. Secondly, for the main funds, the paper will look more closely at the available literature and data and analyse to what extent the funding possibilities have been exhausted, who the beneficiaries are, whether the funds are reaching the intended people and having the desired effect, as well as, possible administrative difficulties or obstacles faced by beneficiaries.
