Study to support the mid-term evaluation of cohesion policy programmes 2021-2027

Spatial Foresight has been contracted by DG REGIO as part of a consortium led by t33 to conduct a study in support of the mid-term evaluation of coehsion policy programmes 2021-2027 financed by the ERDF, Cohesion Fund and JTF. The study investigates the intervention logics applied by cohesion policy programmes across Europe and assesses their effectiveness, efficiency, external coherence, relevance and EU added value. Spatial Foresight is responsible above all for analyses of the management and capacity of the programmes and the implementation of the stakeholder engagement.
